We do our best to make sure that you, our customers, enjoy our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. If for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment (or store credit), returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the delivery date.
If returns are postmarked from 11-20 days from the delivery date, we will only offer a store credit.
Returns made after 20 days will not be eligible for any refund or store credit.
Item(s) being returned must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags still attached. Item(s) must also be smoke-free and perfume/odor-free.

- Promotional/Temporarily discounted items (30% or more)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any lost of items in the return shipping process, so we suggest that you select a shipping method with tracking information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Because our products are very limited in quantity, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of certain sizes, design or color once we receive your return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
